4. Order Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

We will notify you if your order is cancelled and provide a full refund if payment has been processed.

5. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

6. Delivery Policy

6.1 Domestic Delivery (India Only)

We currently only accept orders from within India. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges will apply as displayed during checkout.

Delivery timelines:

• Metro cities: 2-4 business days
• Other cities: 4-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days

We use reliable courier partners including Blue Dart, DTDC, Professional Courier, and India Post for delivery.

6.2 International Orders

We currently do not accept international orders. Our services are limited to customers within India only. If you are located outside India, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Returns and Refunds
