  • Original packaging and labels must be intact
  • Products must not be damaged or used

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Gift cards and promotional items

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • Defective or damaged product upon delivery
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Product not as described

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

  • Digital Wallets: 2-4 business days
  • EMI: 7-10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days

Note: All refunds are processed securely through Razorpay's payment gateway to ensure the safety of your financial information.

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size or variant ordered
  • Product defect or damage
  • Change of mind (within 7 days)

Exchange process:

  1. Follow the same return process as above
  2. Specify the desired replacement item
  3. We will ship the new item once we receive the return
  4. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

9. Store Credit

Instead of a refund, you can choose to receive store credit which:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used for future purchases
  • Is transferable to family and friends
  • Can be combined with other payment methods

10. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
